At EuroGains, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns. A 30-day return window is a common e-commerce practice.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Similar refund processing terms are commonly used by online retailers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
